NEED of THIS book
Anyone out there came by to have this book name
Australian Corporations and Securities Legislation Volume 1, CCH, either 2004 or 2005 edition.
Please do let me know if you have a copy of this book. I really need it so badly. It cost RM290. It's way too expensive and it's only for use during my final Company Law paper plus only part of the book would be make use. I would consider second hand book too. Please if any of your friends happen to study the subject of Company Law under Australia Universities please do ask them for me. Thanks alot.

Relating shoes with life
They say "Why wear a pair of shoes which is not comfortable but just because it looks nice. Why not wear a pair of shoes which you feel comfortable in, instead of having blisters all over your leg? And also find it hard to even walk properly?"Same as finding your love one. If you have to change yourself, just to look better whom you purposely wear nice dress wear high heels everytime you're going with him but in the end you felt so uncomfortable, then you're not being yourself anymore. To find out whether does this person really suits you it's easy.Question: Are you trying to be someone better off infront of his/her eyes? Or you're trying to be someone that he/she WANTS you to be?Answer: If yes, maybe you should think about this relationship all over again.Well, well assignments starting pouring down as like what I've said in the last post. One I dislike the most, Organisational Theory and Behaviour, individual report, which I have to meet the standard and requierments of Dr.Philip Reece in Murdoch. I flung my last individual report for Principles of Management which is under Dr.Philip. Hopefully I'll do better this time. Good thing I've pass my Principles of Management or I won't be studying OTB now.
Not worried about my group report because I have some VERY GOOD members that granted me a High Distinction . Hmm 120++ sources ? Let's make it 180 this time. Just kidding, unless we start doing it now =P

Semester 1 has resume
Finally my 2 months plus holiday streak has gone. Now everything is coming back on to track. College starts, here come the super miserable life again. Spending everyday at library,
revising every chapter,
completing assignments,
preparing for presentations and of course
sleeping(when we're so tired). Note: we're the greatest SK kings and queens (Shhh ... my formal group member would understand what I mean, keep it between us).
Woke up about 10am today, finish bathing. *Glance at my handphone* "Timetable changed, today class at 11 no more .. and so on ..", hmm thought my 12o'clock class still on. Mana tau reach college, "Eh today Ms.XX on medical leave-la". WHAT?! First day of class, classes all canceled and changed? Glance at my new timetable and realised that I had Law class from 3-5pm and now is only 11AM. Sigh ....
Spend one hour talking at cafeteria, the other hours at comp lab, office, comp lab, office and also waiting for Mr.Chan HL to look for his password at home. (Hmm.. someone kena scold from Ms.C for losing his password =P). In the end, we went off for lunch at Yu Yi since we're so hungry.
Finish lunch 2PM, *so hot* went library just to get some cold air. We were listening to Mr.Chan sort of "funny" jokes for one hour and the whole library could hear his laughing.
Joke 1 : "Can you all find a human standing on top of another human at this cigarette box". Everyone was passing around the box trying to find such human, but failed. Hint: only Malaysia cigarrete box has such thing. Finally he revealed the answer. "MER
OKOK MERBAHAYAKAN KESIHATAN". Take a look at the red letters vertically, O is the head K is the body. LAME !!
Joke 2: This man went up the mountain and then here come a big tiger. Then he took out his super big parang and chop the tiger's head off and the tiger's head rolled down the mountain. This forms a logo for a company, guess it. Answer: Maybank with a tiger head. I don't find it funny though.
Another joke that's so complicated, so I do not remember what he said and drew. Blah ....
Finally class is on, Company Law, gosh it's boring, somemore it's like 3 in the afternoon. Most of us cannot tahan, almost feel asleep during our first class. Although we had to see the same face this year but we always love our "superman" lecturer ya ?

Valentine's Day in short V Day
Valentine's Day, most of us take is as a day where couples would celebrate their love by repeating the same old usual routine which are dinner, movie and so on. However, it is actually the traditional day on which lovers in certain cultures let each other know about their love, commonly by sending Valentine cards, which are often anonymous. - Hey, I sent card too, just that it's not Anonymous.Modern Valentine symbols include the heart-shaped outline and the figure of the winged Cupid - there that cute lil thing holding a bow and not wearing clothes but only a piece of cloth
Well just put it this way. This is the day where the florist and restaurant wouldn't stop "laughing" due to the big amount of money earned on that day itself. Name them as "money-sucking vampire". Let's see one rose costing RM15 while it only cost RM1 for normal days ? Moreover, Swensen(ice-cream shop @ SS2) took away the 50% EQ(Earth Quake) on that PARTICULAR V Day.
Well ... my dinner at The Curve that cost RM81.05. Kononnya Valentine's Day Special set. Including soup, salad, main course and dessert AND a SPECIAL gift for HIM/HER ... guess what's my special gift? ONE miserable rose ... and HIS special gift? One Baloon with lollypop.We were charge RM29.90 for those 2 things. *Choke*. Fine fine, the food tasted not bad-la but still ... MAHALnya.
EVERTHING is OVERPRICE. The best is still Cinema, never raise their prices at all.
This is the day where every single restaurant is pack with couples lining up waiting to get their places. Though we went there at 6.30pm and the whole restaurant belongs to us until one after another couple start coming in around 7pm. After we finished our dinner, other couples were lining up waiting for seats. Decoration of the restaurant was kinda romantic. Sort of having some candle light dinner. Yea, with the white colour candle made in Ikea. Provided "someone" forced me to practice the ethics of eating in proper manner. Suddenly "Ring Ring ...", "Er, sorry can I pick my phone?", Alamak spoilt the whole romantic atmosphere.
End of V Day, pocket also got hole, May-Day ! May-Day! Not V-Day!

New born baby Valerie
Isn't my 4 days old niece look cute ? Definitely she's. She was born in Auckland City Hospital, New Zealand at 12 February - Chap Goh Meh baby. Weight 6.3lbs.
