NEED of THIS book

Anyone out there came by to have this book name Australian Corporations and Securities Legislation Volume 1, CCH, either 2004 or 2005 edition.

Please do let me know if you have a copy of this book. I really need it so badly. It cost RM290. It's way too expensive and it's only for use during my final Company Law paper plus only part of the book would be make use. I would consider second hand book too. Please if any of your friends happen to study the subject of Company Law under Australia Universities please do ask them for me. Thanks alot.
